Hello whoever might be reading this! :-)
.. I have a review for you today, and as you might have guessed by the title it is on the world-famous morrocanoil!
I bought the oil a month ago, after a lot of consideration (because lets face it - its quite expensive!), watching youtube videos about it, reading blogposts and so on.. I had quite big expectations about this oil, after all the amazing reviews. But lets get to it!
First impression: My first impression on the Moroccanoil when I came home and opened the box were a bit mixed.. The first thing I noticed was the design. It is quite nice, elegant and simple. It looks professional. The look of it us definetly worth standing on my beautystand ;-)
The other thing I noticed is that the bottle is made of glass, which I think is bad. I cant take it with me, when I am travelig, because it is easily breakable and I sure dont want greasy oil all over my suitcase.
On the positive side, I really love the smell! It is nice and sweet, but not overwhelming. Lovely!
Price: The moroccanoil is quite expensive, and because of that, it is an investment (and a risk) buying this product... Especially if you are a student like me!
How does it work: Wow! ... I really wanted to be objective on this product, because there is really a hype about this oil... But to be honest. I am one of the hypers now!!!
This oil works wonders on my hair! I have really thick hair, as you may have seen on my hair pictures from that blog post. It is really dry as well, and it has always bothered me. But now it is seriously silky smooth. It feels like touching a bunny, haha :-) I totally love it!!!! I use it in towel dried hair, 1 pump only in the ends of my hair, and thats enough. It works great before I use heat on my hair, which I practially do every day. The oil does not weigh my hair down, which is also a big plus. I simply do not have anything bad to say about the product it self - the only thing I wish was different is the price and the glass bottle!
THANKS FOR READING xxxxxx
Hi!
Today my post will be about something as exciting as.... My hair! ;)
I do get quite a lot of questions about it in my daily life, so I thought I would just share my information here!
I use a lot of time on my hair every day, I really enjoy it, and I think you have to, if you are using as much time and money on it like me.
Products: My usual hair routine is changing all the time, but at the moment I try not to use to many different products. I wash my hair every other day. I normally use the aussie products, they work great on my hair. Usually I use shampoo and conditioner. Once a week I use the "Long miracle deep treatment" from aussie as well.
Before I start styling my hair I use the split end repair - also from aussie :-)
Styling: I use my flattening iron to make my wavy/curly hair. The brand i Babyliss, and it is around 4 years old - AND I LOVE IT!! I have never tried a GHD, and I dont feel like I need it yet, because I have such a great one.
Other facts: I use extentions to make my hair more volouminous and a bit longer. They are straight and long, so I do curl them every day, which is quite a lot of work.
Happy thursday! xxxxx
Hello World,
Welcome to my blog and my little private space on the Internet!
I am really excited to start this whole blog thing... I have been thinking about doing it for quite some time now, and since i dident have any school today, I thought - why not start now?!
So here I am!
This is me... I am just a normal (oh well maybe not all around normal, but you know) girl. I am danish, living in wonderful Copenhagen. I am studying to become a teacher, which I absolutely love.
I LOVE to travel, it is my biggest passion. And I especially love Latin America and Spain. (I have lived in Barcelona for 1 year)
Other than that I am obsessed with anything beauty-related, make up, hair, skin products... And I do love fashion as well :-)
I do not have a special plan for this blog, it will not just have 1 theme, because I am more than that (hopefully) I hope to share my life with you people who will come across this blog, and find it interesting.
LETS GET IT STARTED!
